Procuradora ordena investigar a diputada por caso narco y lavado

La procuradora general de la República, Miriam Ger­mán Brito, instruyó investi­gar a la diputada Rosa Ama­lia Pilarte López, por delitos de narcotráfico y lavado de activos, en virtud del privi­legio de jurisdicción que le corresponde.

La magistrada, median­te auto 000051 designó al procurador adjunto Pedro Inocencio Amador Espi­nosa, especializado en in­vestigación de narcotrá­fico, de crímenes y delitos de alta tecnología y delitos transnacionales para que realice la investigación.

La acusación
Pilarte López figura como imputada en el expedien­te contra su esposo Miguel Arturo López Florencio (Miky López) y sus dos hi­jos, Ada María Pilarte y Jo­sé Antonio Román, contra quienes el Ministerio Públi­co presentó acusación ante la jurisdicción de La Vega.

La acusación incluye a las empresas Auto Crédito Selecto, Servi Crédito Se­lecto, Agropecuaria Gloria Ivette, e Inmobiliaria Glo­ria Ivette. De acuerdo con la acusación, las empresas de carpeta son utilizadas de fachada para colocar en el sistema financiero nacio­nal miles de millones de pesos y dólares obtenidos por las actividades del nar­cotráfico.

Por participar en la red permanece prófugo el ex­traditado Pablo Antonio Martínez Javier, socio de Miky López condenado en Estados Unidos en 2009 por narcotráfico.

Los fiscales sostienen que la organización cri­minal movió entre 2007 y 2019 más de RD$2,000 mi­llones, información corro­borada por los movimientos económicos en los bancos nacionales y cuyo origen eran las actividades ilícitas. El 2 de marzo de 2019 a la organización se le ocuparon 111,722 pastillas de éxtasis.

Las pruebas
A López Florencio se le im­puta la violación a la Ley 155-17 sobre Lavado de Ac­tivos y Financiamiento del Terrorismo, así como de la anterior norma en esa ma­teria, la 72-02. El grupo in­fringió, además, las leyes 11-92, sobre Régimen Tri­butario, y 183-02, Moneta­ria y Financiera.

En el proceso de investi­gación se realizaron ocho incautaciones a 17 propie­dades de lujo, valoradas en miles de millones de pe­sos, en el Distrito Nacional y las provincias La Vega, Puerto Plata, Espaillat y La Romana.
